DAG'S QUALITY POLICY To design, develop, manufacture and service products that will achieve world class quality driving total customer satisfaction.

  1. INTRODUCTION DAG is an established leader in the design, development and manufacturing of Pressure, Level, Flow, Vacuum, Temperature, Differential, Pneumatic and Limit switches, Pressure and Level Transmitters and Cable Glands and allowing our customers a leverage to use their assets in an accurate and in a timely manner.

  2. PURPOSE The purpose of the Quality Assurance Manual is to define the corporate guidelines for the quality system.

  3. SCOPE The scope of the quality system covers all departments and associates due to whom quality of the product can affect directly or indirectly.

  4. RESPONSIBILTY The owner of this manual is proprietor of DAG. Each senior person is responsible for the application and enforcement of the policies and procedures outlined in this manual.

  5. MISSION STATEMENT DAG will utilize technology leadership to become premier instrumentation supplier for projects all over.

  6. DAG'S CORPORATE VALUES Customer's: DAG is dedicated to total customer satisfaction. Our customer's needs and priorities drive our business practices.
    Quality: World class performance is the standard by which we measure ourselves. DAG is dedicated to achieving world class performance through continuous improvement and development in all our products.

  7. SENIOR PERSON'S RESPONSIBILTYThe responsibilities of the senior management team are to promote a corporate culture that encourages continuous improvement in all aspects of our business processes, and to ensure there is commitment to the highest level of quality products and services.


    Proprietor's oversee the management and performance of the entire business and ensure that quality system throughout the entire company is well defined and operational. They support the quality philosophy by setting quality goals and those should be consistent throughout the corporation, allocating monetary resources to ensure quality is met and lastly maintaining a work environment where all associates are treated equally with respect, challenge and opportunity.


    Engineers oversee the process of old and new product development, design and change control of all products. Ensures customer functional and quality expectations are met in a timely fashion. They also direct the development of high quality products using the voice of the customer. They also keep up to date knowledge of technology and how it may affect the company's viability. We also utilize manufacturing resources efficiently and also ensure quality processes and procedures are followed

  8. ORGANIZATION Any person in the company has the right to identify the problem, which could lead to a downfall in the quality of the product. Everyday there are issues which we talk on table regarding the quality, delivery, cost cutting of the product.

  9. QUALITY SYSTEM Quality is the responsibility of every DAG member including workers and proprietors. Each person is responsible to define and establish procedures that are in compliance with the corporate policy. Any change in quality or quality development is made by the proprietor of DAG.

  10. PURCHASING DAG is solely responsible for ensuring the performance of the supplier base with regards to quality, delivery and cost cutting. Quality of the material ordered will be according to the specifications given by the customer or any consultant. Material rejected is returned to the vendor immediately and request is given to them for corrective action to be taken. Material is then inspected in the factory and checked if they are according to the above mentioned specifications. Material is the then received until evidence that the cause of the discrepancy has been fixed.

  11. PROCESS CONTROL, INSPECTION AND TESTING All products are manufactured to a prescribed standard work that ensures the product confirms to established engineering documentation. During any inspection a combination of visual inspection, physical test or electrical tests are carried out to ensure that the product is confirms to set specifications.

  12. TRAINING Training is the responsibility of DAG. Specific technical skills are required for workers involved in the process that may impact the quality of the product or services provided. These may include product development, sales and applications, assembly, testing and repairs if needed. If changed have been made in any work sequence DAG is responsible for giving workers proper training.

  13. SERVICING DAG operates a service department that provides both field service assistance and in-house repair of equipment. Procedures for the return of the equipment facilitate the efficient flow of servicing our customers. Records of all repairs are maintained in the customer's file. Field service trip reports are documented for every customer site visit and these are also maintained in the customer's file.
